Xdun Protect project feature guide to help you organize links and manage member permissions.

Last updated: 6/4/2026

Introduction

Project (Project Group) is the core feature in Xdun Protect for organizing links and members. Through projects, you can:

  • Group cloaking links from different business lines or promotion channels for centralized viewing and statistics;
  • Add collaborating members to a project and assign them view or edit permissions;
  • Manage link quotas by project according to team size, avoiding interference between different projects.

Create a Project

  1. Go to the Dashboard and click Projects in the left navigation.
  2. Click the Create Project button in the upper right.
  3. Fill in the name and an optional description, then confirm to complete creation.

Delete a Project

Only the project creator can delete a project, and the following conditions must be met:

  • The project has no links (please delete or migrate all links first);
  • You retain at least 1 project (you cannot delete the last remaining project).

Member Management

In the Settings tab on the project detail page, the creator can:

FAQ

    The invited member needs to register an account on Xdun Protect first, after which they can join the project.
